The FLIR Scout TK is not new. It's about two years old and we came across a great price for one and thought we'd get it, try it out, and share our experience using it.
No, it's not perfect but nothing is, and what do you expect for less than $600? The TK can be the best thing someone has ever got or the worst. We feel it has a legitimate place with certain users and their needs.
Overall we really like it, however, not enough to keep as our only thermal device.
